How to speak Pig Latin
69You might want to play with on a piece of paper first. To speak pig latin you take a word and cut off the beginning to the first vowel. Then take that beginning, put it at the end of the word and add ay on it.
For example: Frog is ogfray. Dog is ogday. Website is ebsiteway. And so on.
When you have a word that starts with a vowel just say the word as you normally would. And = and. I = I. Us = Us. And so on.
With a bit of practice you should be able to speak and understand pig latin fairly fast. It can be a fun way to confuse an individual who doesn't know how to speak or understand it. If you get fast at speaking pig latin it really does start sounding like a foreign language.
* I am pretty certain that there are different methods of speaking pig latin but they should all have the same basics. This is just how me and my friends have learned. * It can be easier if you have someone to practice with.

hi im annabell like the princess in a fairy tale book but i speak pig latin and it's actually very easy it's like the same word just a tad diffrent like "happy" in pig latin is "appyhay" it's a very fun language that is really easy to learn

Actually, you move the first consonant(s) to the end of the word then add ay. Like Dog = ogday, the = ethay (pronounced uh-thay), stretch - etchstray. If a word starts with a vowel already you add way, so a would be away, I would be Iway and so on.

P.S. Y is only considered a vowel if it's in middle of word like in type or bye.
